As an Affiliate Manager you will contribute to the growth of marketing campaign performance for one of the leading networks in the world. These services include both mobile and online advertising such as Affiliate Marketing, and Performance Marketing.

What you do:

  • Handle day to day management of existing affiliates to maintain and grow relationship;
  • Manage incoming publisher applications;
  • Identify and prospect new publishers;
  • Manage onboarding & development of new publishers;
  • Assist with campaign management & set up, creatives, media types, ROI goals and budgets;
  • Conduct due diligence on promotion methods and competition;
  • Collaborate with seniors by exchanging campaign feedback and performance evaluation;
  • Create reports on campaign and offer performance;
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service;
  • Handle Ad hoc requests as they arise and contribute to other side projects.

What you need:

  • A willingness to grind and a hunger to be the best in your field;
  • Fluent communication in written and spoken English is a must, any other language is a plus;
  • Strong relationship building capabilities, long term partnership focus;

Junior Data Analyst

As a Junior Data Analyst you generate reporting and insights and give advice how to optimise our operations. Together with our Senior Data Analyst you make strategic decisions.

About you:

  • Have a data driven mindset and proven track record of turning data analysis into tangible business value adding outcome (i.e. increased revenue, improved margin, lower costs)
  • Liaise with internal tech team and external data vendors to provide consistent and accurate business information
  • Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets
  • Conduct advanced consumer analysis to help us to understand who they are, how we can serve them better to drive higher customer lifetime value
  • Assess the effectiveness of on-going campaigns on regular basis
  • Analyse the ROI of various performance marketing channels and provide recommendations for optimization
  • Ability to demonstrate automation of data into insightful reporting
  • Facilitate and deliver appropriate training to assist business to be more data driven
  • Assist in setting up working process of gathering business requests, prioritizing tasks and knowledge sharing
